  • We hope you love your piece as much as we loved finding it. Each item in our collection is carefully sourced and one of a kind. However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

    Exchange

    We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for UK orders.

    • To request an exchange, please contact us at minoosfinejewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

    • Items must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

    • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

    Refunds

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the item is not to your taste — our pieces are clearly described and photographed.

    However, we will issue a full refund if:

    • The item is faulty

    • The item is not as described

    Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at minoosfinejewellery@gmail.com, with clear photos and a description of the issue.

    Returns Process

    1. Email minoosfinejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once approved, send the item back using tracked, insured postage.

    3. We will inspect the returned item and notify you of your exchange or refund status.

  • Lost Items

    All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in tracking the parcel and, where appropriate, file a claim with the delivery service.

    • Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

    • If the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, a refund or replacement (if available) will be offered.

    Damaged Items

    We take great care in packaging our jewellery securely. If your item arrives damaged:

    • Please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery

    • Include photos of the item and packaging

    • We will assess the damage and offer a resolution, which may include a refund, repair, or partial compensation
